Level R-999.9是Level R-999的一个子层级，同时也是R层群Ⅰ与Ⅱ的交接点。

描述

世界一角

Level R-999.9在通常情况下呈现为一处海滩，大小暂时未知，其颜色呈现为一种深灰色，类似于老式黑白照片所呈现的模样，此层级不存在物资与实体。当流浪者朝远处望去，大概率会发现一篇纯黑色的抽象空间，但事实这片区域是不存在的，因此不建议流浪者向那片区域长途跋涉。

此层级的水是可以饮用的，检测报告为纯净水，但有时可能会转变为杏仁水，此类转变是无规律可循的，这些转变而成的杏仁水通常具有蓝色瓶装的效果。即使此层级没有物资存在，但长期在此居住的流浪者却不会感到任何不适，仅在流浪者进入此层级的3~7天时可能因为饥饿而感到痛苦，在几天后便不会有这种感受。

Level R-999.9通常允许大量流浪者进入¹，但其具有与Level 0相近的特质，流浪者无法观察到其他流浪者，但可以进行接触，并且当使用热成像仪时，同样可以观察到流浪者。当一名流浪者附近存在另一流浪者说话的情况发生时，这类“声音”会被转变成一种轻微且令人感到不安的低语。

许多流浪者都提及到“在此层级的海边坐下一阵时间，会感到平静与安稳，并且最好是衣服被浸湿的情况下。”这类现象直到目前为止尚未被完全证实，但确实建议流浪者实施，毕竟在后室呆久了，平静也成了一种奢求。

看向此层级远处的海边时，流浪者会感到疲倦，并且极有可能直接睡着，经历过这类事件的流浪者多数表示“这是我这辈子在后室睡过最安稳的觉。”

此层级的WI-FI随着流浪者的心情决定强弱，并且每个流浪者在此层级都有属于自己的独特WIFI，名称通常是流浪者的一个心结，无论是否已经解开，这个WIFI的密码都是能解除它的办法，这个办法通常会出现在此层级的随机一块岩石上，且只有那位流浪者可以观测到，当流浪者的心情平静，悲伤或者开心时，链接较稳定，而当流浪者感到愤怒时，则会导致信号较弱。

有时，Level R-999.9可能会凭空出现一种时空裂痕，进入这类时空裂痕的结果是未知的，但已知的是进入的流浪者全部失联，因此不建议进入。

此层级的云是实体的，并且可以食用，味道类似于棉花糖，并且可以让流浪者感到满足。

由于此层级的特殊性质，在此层级建立基地是不可能的，但流浪者们仍然在尝试着在此层级建立一个前哨。
